Geografixx - Geografixx.com ripoff False advertsing of design services late and inapropiate design no refund Miami Florida

On may 9, 2006 we paid $150 for a logo design which was advertised as being made in 48 hours. Vendor called a few days later to inquire about what we wanted in the design. His questions were only two irrelavant ones, and no corporate message details were requested. After 4 days we emailed requesting status as design was 2 days late, but vendor did not reply. After 8 days we called vendor but he had nothing ready yet. He promised sending proofs that same day, but did not do so. After 10 days we filed a credit card chargeback and emailed vendor that we canceled the deal due to non performance. Then vendor, despite our request not to do so, suddenly sent proofs of logos which had nothing to do with our business. They were totally inapropiate. He refuses to refund the $150 and actually wrote to us that we cannot touch him as he has terms that allow him to deliver late regardless of his commitment.
