After some research of our client database, we have identified this anonymous accuser as one Mark Bowen.  Mr. Bowen contracted with our firm for a CPN (Credit Privacy Number) on 3/21/09.  This is a service we provided briefly for people who had terrrible credit scores and could not obtain any legitimate credit.  A CPN profile while legal, is also surrounded by controversy.  Often used in witness protection and other areas, this is a new clean credit profile that may enable an individual to obtain financing.

We discontinued offering this service after only a few months due to the fact that the identity rules as published by Homeland Security prevented us from offering the service any longer.

Mr. Bowen did indeen pay us $1500 in return for which we fulfilled our contract and provided him with a new clean credit profile on 4/16/09.  He was also provided with information regarding the legal and proper utilization of the the profile in great detail.

This was not a credit repair service.  His credit was beyond repair when he contracted with us.  We provided everything promised in our agreement.

When Mr. Bowen found that the rules in finance were changing and that it was increasingly difficult to obtain financing with his CPN, he decided to renege on his contract with us and demanded a refund.

We saw no good business reason to comply with his request, and don't see one to this day.

Mr. Bowen should have done more research into the realities of the financial community before he contracted with us for the service we provided.  In our contract there is clear language in bold capital letters informing the client that we cannot guaranty any financing of any kind.

Apparently Mr. Bowen has decided to lodge his anonymous complaint in this forum.  His claim abut filing complaints with the District Attorney's office and the Better Business Bureau are fale.  We have not been contactec by the District Attorney nor have we received any complaint originated by Mr. Bowen from the BBB.
