In the Year 2000. George D. Kapsis from Nicosia Cyprus ripped me off for $6300 USD. He pretended to have 20 Nokia 8890 phones and I Western Union him the money. He never shipped out the goods. Each time I would call him he would come up with excuses such as the weather was hot or pretend he couldn't hear me on the phone. I tried to get a Lawyer in Nicosia but the Lawyer said this George D. Kapsis didn't have any assets in Nicosia and in would be waste of time to go after him. I have all documents to prove my case
If you ever come across a Import Export request from George D. Kapsis from Cyprus I want you to learn from my mistake. He used his Cypriot Passport to claim the money from Western Union
