My wife and i purchased some investment properties from a real estate marketing company hadgelias holdings they flew us to the gold coast we purchased two town houses the valuations they used were fake they were provided by ray white paddington real estate we later discovered that ray white office was owned by hadgelias holdings and the valuations were inflated by 40% we confronted the scam artists and they took us to court for breach of contract unlucky for them we won and the judge awarded us damages and ordered that they pay our legal costs the judge also issued a restraining order against george hadgelias and his wife katherine after they stalked my wife and children. www.courts.qld.gov.au click this link to do a e-courts search and type in the name hadgelias
