George Livarchik Attorney at Law Blackmail, bill padding and extremely rude, unprofessional behavior! Chesterton Indiana

I was given a figure of what it would cost to file bankruptcy. I saved up the money, paid my fees, went to all required meetings, and submitted all of my paperwork- I dotted every "i" and crossed every "t". In the meantime, George Livarchik has verbally harrassed and abused myself as well as family members, padded the bill by having me come in for fruitless, pointless meetings where there was absolutely nothing discussed or accomplished, and has also delayed filing of my case because I am unable to pay the extra, tacked on fees that were never dicussed/agreed upon, and are unwarranted.

I have requested a detailed itemization for these extra fees, but he is unwilling to provide them to me. This man is very unprofessional and immoral. Upon further internet research, this is apparently not the first time he has acted in this manner, and been previously disciplined for such unprofessional behavior. I advise you to stay far, far away from this man! He is nothing but trouble!
