George Marrero gmarr Seller on Gunbroker gmarr, did not deliver goods as paid for, and then refused to give a refund of the insurance money. Miami FL Florida

I purchased a firearm from George Marrero via Gunbroker. The firearm was never delivered, and FedEx claimed a ficticious person received the item at my home. Fed Ex driver made up a complete lie to cover himself while he possibly kept the firearm or sold it. After contacting George Marrero of Miami Florida several times, as well as Fed Ex, and making a police report, George still inssits that I have not contacted police and wants to keep the insurance money, assuming he did insure the firearm shipment.

End of Feburary, possibly 1st of March 2018 the firearm was supposedly delivered to my home. Fed Ex investigated only to check if the driver knew what street he was on, and to get his story. He story is complete lies, which the seller wished to believe because it is in financial best interest to do so.

Possibly George Marrero of Miami Florida, gunbroker user gmarr did not insure the firearm this is why he has cut off communications six weeks after the auction closed, saying as a retired police seargent (crook) he will do his own investigation (lies) and insists I did not file I police report which I did on March 19.
