We purchased the wrong type of tankless from him, and returned it-never used it, never installed it. He claims we installed it and destroyed it and that he replaced it for free-this did not happen. He has a brand new unit returned via UPS-so I paid for shipping twice, once to get it once to return it, and now he lies about me all over the internet and will not refund my money. Pay pal was no help at all. He is very rude, difficult to get a hold of, and I am sure he knows people out of state will not sue him in small claims court because of the travel costs. I think he has a very lucrative racket going, and I guess I should be relieved I didn't install the unit after all because they sound like they may be dangerous. So that is an expensive ($565 plus all the shipping costs $600+) to learn, do your research. Google someone before you purchase anything on line. This man is a liar and a thief! Buyer Beware! Also the amount of junk email I receive has just about tripled since all this started, so I believe he is selling email addresses. What a scam artist!!!

The truth is that you buy a unit, you install it, something gone wrong, you apply for a RMA # , sent the unit back for repair . We shipped you another unit and after 21 month you ask for money back, based on the return of the first unit. No proof of the return of the second unit was never filed. Because you.....forgat to send it ?
Paypal compare the tracking numbers and denied your claim. If you actually send the second unit back, a better use for your time will be to check with the shipment company for a insurance claim (if you buy one, a insurance policy that is !)
