We have lived in this house at xx Jackson rd, Hitchcock, Texas for 3 years now! They refuse to fix items! When you go outside you smell sewage from under the house! You can stick you hand between the window panes and have your fingers dangle outside, the windows leak every time it rains, when we first moved in it smelt like dogs and had a terrible flea problem! I told them about it and they wouldn't do anything! I did get rid of flea problem but took several months and smell! The garage leaks and has ruined over $10,000.worth of business equipment! I was told it didn't leak! It has mold in the ceiling vents which they will not clean out! After the storm, I had to rip out the carpet and they refused to replace! So we have bare floors with nothing covering! The list goes on and on! We found a house and are finally moving with 1 month left on lease! They have my deposit which they never refund!
