I spoke on the phone with Tammy the so called owner of these puppies. I was looking on puppy find for an AKC yorkie puppy. I came across Tammys add and it stated she had a few AKC puppies for sale in GA. I spoke with her over the phone a few times and was informed that if I was going to drive to her home I would be able to see the parents to the puppy. I got to her address 6 hours away from my home and had a diffrent story. First thing was no parents. Then the puppy was sneezing so I was informed it was because of a bath. Second I asked her about the paperwork I had received (AKC Microchip paperwork and Lambriar pedigree) and she assured me that this puppy was AKC and my papers will be in the mail. Come to find out the puppy is only ACA not AKC. Well I bring the puppy home and was up with her all night due to an upper respitory infection per my vet the very next morning. I contacted her and her husband stated to me they would call me back well guess what no phone call no email nothing. So I wrote her a letter telling her I wanted her to pay for the vet bills a simple 80.00 plus my dogs here at home due to she sold me a sick puppy !! But she refused. She wrote me a letter telling me her contract does not cover those symptoms and she dont know what the puppy was exposed to after leaving her home. Well for one it takes days for an upper repitory infection to pop up. This puppy was only in my care for 19 hours. Per my vet this was a pre exisiting virus. This woman lied to me over the phone about the parents, lied to me about raising these dogs. I later found out that this puppy came from LAMBRIAR which my vet tells me that they are a puppy mill out of the mid west. I am very upset with this woman and want everyone to know that she is a breeder out there just to make a dollar. She does not care about these animals. I need help if any lawyer can help me please do contact me. I have pulled my payment through my credit card company and I want to know if I have a case against this woman. Her contract states that she sold me a healthy puppy which was not the case. She has offered me another puppy but I do not want that I like the one I picked out and have grown attached to her I think this woman needs a lesson in her life so she NEVER lies and does this again to anyone.

THIS WOMAN IS CRAZY AND A TOTAL LIAR!!!!!!!!
SHE CAME TO MY HOME AND PLAYED FOR OVER A HOUR WITH 4 OF MY YORKIE PUPPIES TRYING TO PICK OUT THE ONE SHE WANTED. SHE PICKED OUT A FEMALE AND PURCHASED USING HER CREDIT CARD. THEY FINALLY LEFT AFTER SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM FLOOR PLAYING WITH THE PUPPIES. SHE GETS HOME AND IMMEDIATELY FILES A CHARGEBACK ON HER CREDIT CARD FOR THE PAYMENT THEN COMES UP WITH THE STORY ABOUT THE UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION (SAME THING AS A COMMON COLD FOR A PUPPY). SHE CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE PUPPY HAVING A COLD AND I EXPLAINED THAT I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS BUT WILL GIVE HER ANOTHER PUPPY. SHE DID NOT WANT THIS. SHE JUST WANTED A FREE PUPPY. SHE GOT IT!
SO TELL ME WHO WAS THE REAL ONE THAT WAS RIPPED OFF. SHE GOT A BEAUTIFUL FEMALE YORKIE FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE........ SHE IS THE THIEF!!!!! I HAVE RAISED YORKIES FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND THIS IS MY FIRST COMPLAINT EVER. I HAVE MANY MANY REVIEWS ON PUPPYFIND.COM AND REFERENCES OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE BOUGHT YORKIES FROM ME AND ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY. THIS WOMAN WAS SET OUT TO GET A FREE YORKIE AND SHE GOT IT... SHE IS THE REASON WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENTS AS NOT EVERYONE CAN BE HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. " THOU SHALL NOT STEAL OR BEAR FALSE WITNESS AGAINST YOUR NEIGHBOR!" AGAIN WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND.. SHE MIGHT HAVE GOT A FREE YORKIE BUT SHE WILL PAY FOR THAT YORKIE 10 TIMES OVER IN OTHER WAYS... SHE IS IN MY PRAYERS.!
