To rebuttal the report written against Georgia Energy Control, LLC, I would like to begin with saying that I was at GEC when this file was reported. We searched all of our databases and dinner reservations for this man who says he came, but to no avail, he was never found.

Firstly, the facts are that it is a totally free dinner. That GEC does want to educate the public on energy consumption. GEC also would like to earn your business, like any other company would. GEC does ask the group of people on a case by case basis, if they can come to your home for a free in home estimate, no obligation to do so.

Secondly, the product. The facts are that the person who filed the report against Georgia Energy Control actually more than likely bought and installed a different product than we offer. The difference is, GEC is a full blown company with an actual office and multiple sales representatives. GEC has installed over 1,000,000 (1 million) feet of Energy Saver RB to customers between Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee! GEC is here to stay to help reduce the carbon footprint for our generations to come.

Thirdly, the facts are that the brand Energy Saver RB is an exclusive brand that only two companies in the United States can use, including GEC. This is the rebuttal to the comment made about GEC not having distribution rights. GEC does! GEC can sell material only to customers who rather do it themselves. There are many similar products out there, but some are not as high quality as the Energy Saver RB. Also, I would like to reiterate, the branding Energy Saver RB is exclusive for our company and one other company in the USA.

Fourthly, the sales pitch and gas and grocery certificate program. The facts are that GEC has discontinued the use of the certificate program due to customers concerns. The third party company that offers the certificates is lacking to provide customer service to our customers, so GEC naturally pulled the program. As far as the sales pitch, GEC's goal is to earn your business. Earning business is what companies do in order to stay in business, how can they be blamed for that?

Fifthly, the facts are the guarantee is what it is. GEC will gladly calculate and look into customer's bills to monitor monthly or annual savings.

Finally, the facts are that the owner has been in a home improvement environment for over 25 years. GEC like reported has only been in business 2 years. But don't you think that installing over 800 customers in 2 years shows for itself that GEC is a good company, with customers interest in mind. GEC may make mistakes, however, they will try their best to make them right!!
