Georgia Lock & Key ,ga-lockandkey.com Two Hours Late, Then Tried to Charge Me, Told Me to Go F**** Myself! Atlanta Georgia

Same experience as the other previous complaints here!!!

Today, I called this company to request a change of locks on a single door. I was told that a technician could come out to my property around 3pm. I waited until 4pm and called back. I spoke with a woman who was very short and talked over me when I asked if the technician was still coming and what the costs or ball-park figure would be for my lock change. She quickly told me that the technician would have to see once he got here. So I waited. The technician called me and said he was 3 minutes away. Another hour passed to 5pm. I called your company back and was immediately put on old. I waited 2 minutes on hold and then called back again. I got the same woman who made my appointment. I asked for her name, she said it was Monica. I told her to cancel the call because it was now two hours and that I couldn't wait any longer, and that I called another locksmith. I also called the technician and told him that I canceled the appointment. He decided to come to my property anyway, and proceeded to sit outside of my house. I took pictures of him in his van and then went outside. He drove up towards me and told me that I owed him $49 dollars. I told him that I called and canceled with his office and that I just called him (and spoke with him live) and his office to cancel the call because I waited 2 hours and could not wait any longer. He told me to "go f*** myself" (in front of several others outside, neighbors and my landscapers). I promptly asked him to leave and he repeated that I owed him $49.

I called the police and told him that they would be on their way. He sped away, but I got his plate and took pictures of him for the police. This was a horrible, completely unacceptable and unprofessional experience, and I will follow a complaint and review everywhere that I can. This company attempted to defraud me and charge me money for no services. And when I called the company back and asked for the manager, I got the same woman who said her name was Monica, and she said she was the manager. I told her the police had been called on the technician because of him showing up at my property and cursing at me and demanding money in a threatening way. AWFUL!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TRULY THEIVES AND LOWLIFES!!!!
