1 is too high of a review for this company.  Unfortunately my husband didn't look at reviews or the companies procedures before hiring these crooks!  Their procedures state (this was on their website, I have screenshots) that they will give you a quote after arriving, inspecting the locks and before starting the work.  However my husband was quoted $17-$19/lock plus a $25 trip fee.  

The tech came out, started working right away, completed the job and handed my husband a bill for $880 to re-key 9 locks!  He claimed the additional was a $70/lock labor fee!! As anyone with a brain knows this is not typical, this is a ripoff!  We tried calling the office back after the tech left and the woman would not speak to us and hung up.  We tried calling back and (no kidding) the number had been disconnected.  I found another number or them but again they would not talk to us.  

The owner Francis/Frances Smith is an unethical crook who I hope chokes on the money he/she has stolen from so many.  

Someone needs to stop them!
