Georgio Gift Ideas Purchased an item, but it was never shipped & ignored all attempts to contact them Internet

On March 20th, I purchased Harry Potter: The Complete 8-Film Collection for $23.98 + free shipping after seeing the deal which was posted on the deals.woot website. After making the purchase, it said to allow 7 days for processing, which was fine. After waiting more than the 7 days, I tried to contact them by email to check the status of my order, & as of today I still haven't heard anything back. In the email, they recommend using their live chat support, but it always says that the support is offline. At this point, I just want my money back & I'm not sure where to start, since it was purchased with a debit card & have no way to contact the company.
