I ordered The Game of Thrones DVD on 4-5-2012. I was charged on 4-9 and my order has been showing as processing since that time. No phone number is given for the company and the live chat that is promised on the website does not exist. I have sent emails to the address given on the website but have not received any response from them yet. I will send a follow up report with the outcome of this situation.
