Mr Mc Michael, Ms. Stephens ripoff - Law firm causing customer problems Atlanta Georgia

I received a letter from Gerlad E. Moore and Associates regarding a bill I am repaying but had been referred or sold to Moore and Assoc. I called them advising that this is a valid debt and I will pay it. We scheduled 2 electronic payments one for 4/1 and another for 4/30.

The 4/1 payment was processed on 4/4. the 4/30 payment was processed on 4/6, three weeks prematurely causing my account to go into overdraft. The payments were for over 300.00 each. When I called, a Ms Stephens advised me that her boss, Mr. McMichaels, had processed the payment by accident and that she had already reversed the payment. It has been 3 weeks now and there still is no credit to my account.

They were also supposed to write my bank a letter to state that it was not my fault. That never happened either. Now I have overdraft fees and an occurence on my banking record that I cannot get removed without their letter. To top it off, I received a call from their office wanting to know what we were going to do for my next payment. I told her that when they paid my bank and wrote them the letter, I might consider talking to them about it. Today , I received a letteer form them stating that theyu aerwe going to to process my payment again on the 30th. I called my bank and placed a stop payment but in electronic banking it is very hard to stop the payment.

I am going to contact the Georgia Bar association and possibly pursue a law suit against Gerald E. Moore. I have a feeling that snakes like these know how to circumvent the system and enjoy taking money from everyday people. I take my solace knowing that Karma will make things right. They should be careful. You reap what you sow.

If you have the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Gerald E. Moore and ASsociates. DON"T DO IT.
