In January of this year (2015) we signed a contract for this firm to provide us with a mobile home. They agreed to secure financing as well. We had a contract for deed on the property that the mobile home was going on as well. It was explained to them that the contract expired in March of 2015. They told us to put a down payment to secure the mobile home. They were paid in January of this year. They never provided the service. Before the contract expired on the land we called them continually to remind them that the contract on the land was about to expire. We had paid the land owner over $14,000

Now we are out the money paid to them($9200.00) and the $14,000 paid to the land owner as they let the time expire and did nothing.

They refused to return our deposit and are now being sued in Colbert County Court to recover our deposit.

Under no circumstances should you trust these people, they are scammers who steal from the public here in Muscle Shoals.
