This man will post in many acting job boards looking for actors to work children's parties. He posts the rate on the posting. I contacted him and he gave me the details to work a party in Sherman Oaks. I worked the event with him, his friend, and 3 others. He was very unorganized. He said payment would most likely come the day of, but it may take up to 2 weeks. 2 weeks have come and gone and after digging I see this is a common occurrence. He has even changed his business name from "Hangman's Tree Entertainment" to "Magical Hollywood Moments" because of the blasts he has gotten. I discovered from a friend that he usually has multiple Go Fund me accounts going to help his health, what is real and what is fake I do not know. He also has somehow avoided paying rent and then blamed the landlord for it. Basically he is a scam artist. I spoke to a woman who worked for Gerard and he had a friend of his threaten her with violence for wanting to take him to small claims court. I have had several people in contact with me who want to report him and receive the money they have rightfully earned. He keeps getting away with this because people will only work one or two jobs with him and that is it.
