Seller agreed to exchange an instrument cluster lcd screen for my 2005 VW Jetta tdi after the wrong one was sent.

I returned the unopened package containing the incorrect lcd screen to German Audo Tech along with a check to cover shipping.

They receiced the package on Sept 14th 2019 @ 10:52 am. I have yet to hear from the seller. My daily emails go unanswered and phone calls are not answered.
