NO STARS Horrible SERVICE STAY FAR FAR AWAY.  Paid a fee to have a cluster repaired.  Sent Cluster,  told it was fixed and issued a return tracking # that was bogus.  Never communicated properly, numerous emails from me regarding status and nothing, does not answer or return phone calls,  a month two weeks after it was supposedly fixed he send me a message that it is going to cost another $100 on top of the already paid $199.  Finally since he has my unit I issue a payment of an additional $100 to repair.  No answers and a month goes by since the original contract to repair.  Finally he messages and says it is not repairable after collection two payments totaling $299.00.  no more communication at all after a month of having my instrument cluster.  I open a case with paypal.  His response is that to the dispute with Paypal is that the unit is un- repairable and issued a tracking # ( the bogus one never showing up anywhere to track)  then after second payment to fix tells me three weeks later it can not be fixed and that I should pay to have my original unit shipped back, (mind you return shipping was paid already in the original transaction), and has the B**** to tell me that I also need to sent him another $160 to pay for his time in trying to fix the unit that supposedly now suddenly cant be fixed.  CRAZY and he is holding my part HOSTAGE and will not return it..  STAY FAR FAR AWAY from GERMAN AUDIO TECH.  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!  THIEF.  BBB and any and all NEGATIVE REVIEWS WILL BE LEFT ANYWHERE I CAN.  SEND MY PART BACK and Do the RIGHT THING!!!!

We have noticed there is an individual spamming malicious reviews on this site. Always happy to communicate when we have information available, however it is important to know that sourcing parts post-Covid has become difficult and sometimes there are moderate wait times for the completion of repair services. Components can be sourced from Europe or Asia and that may take awhile to receive them in the United States before installing them. We appreciate your patience with the process. If you choose not to wait, we can sell and mail to you a rebuilt component at a higher price.
