German Audio Tech’s website claims a 2 day turnaround for my repair. They have had my unit for nearly 5 weeks and they won’t return my calls or messages or provide a status update for the repair. 2 weeks ago they finally texted a response to me that they had ordered a part. Still no completion date or status despite numerous attempts to reach them. My car is inoperable without the system. I finally withheld payment ($299 via AMEX). I have asked for the inrepaired init to be returned to me immediately, but still no response. I have now purchased a new rebuilt unit for $1,323 from another vendor and I just want my property back from German Audio Tech now before I hire a lawyer.
