IBL Corporation is trying to find Gert & Natasha Chalay to enforce a fraud judgment against them, and their sham companies Azteq USA and Azteq International.
IBL Corporation is trying to find Gert Chalay (AKA Gerrit Goossens) &
Natalia D. Chalay (AKA Natasha Chalay or Halay) to enforce a fraud
judgment against them, and their sham companies Azteq USA (formerly OC
Power) and Azteq International.
On July 20, 2009 court entered fraud judgment against them. As a
result of this judgment they both were found committed fraud. It was
proved that theyestablished sham companies Azteq USA and Azteq International with the
purpose of fraudulently obtaining of funds.
We assume that they left USA and now live in Europe.

If you are looking for this individual he is hiding in Czechoslovakia. But fear not he is up to the same scam again. He is now the R & D director of a Pink Sheet company in Newport Beach California. The company symbol is SNRS. Look up this penny stock company. They operate under "United Power Solar". They claim to be importanting solar powered cases by the 1,000's. They also have a web-site but the site does not work. The factory states that they have not heard from them in a year. It is another scam! This time to build a penny stock company to rip off stockholders. This is just another Aztec but this time it is public. Their corporate headquarters in a Mailbox in Newport Beach. Watch out for this guy and his friends. They are at it again.
