Gert Chalay (AKA Gerrit Goossens) abandoned the United States as his permanent residence. On July 20, 2009 US court entered fraud judgment against him. As a result of this judgment he was found committed fraud. It was proved that he established sham companies Azteq USA and Azteq International with the purpose of fraudulently obtaining of funds. Disrespecting US court decision he left the country.
