Get Emerald Lux Electronic Cigarettes 16-JAN-13, Emerald Lux took $114.95 out of my acct, I was told then that my acct w/them will be cancelled & nomore funds will be dispensed from my acct. On 01-FEB-13, I discoverd they took $74.90 out, Internet

On 31-DEC-12, I was on the computer, while on there this ad came up stating I qualified for a free gift. It was the electronic cigarette & two more things to pick from, so I picked the electronic cigarette for my husband.  On 04-JAN-13, the electronic cigarette arrived.  On 16-JAN-13, I was checking my bank acct. & discovered Get Emerald Lux took $114.95 out of my acct. Upon calling them to inquiry about why they took my money, I spoke w/Matalia who stated, I had 14days to contact them about the product & since my 14days are up she couldn't refund my monies. 

I told her, ain't that a b---- , I done been scammed & charged for some s--- that's not even for me.  I then told her there was not suppose to be a fee, because they said I qualified for a FREE gift & all I pay is $4.95 for s & h, so if yall charging me that much for that product, where's the FREE???? She stated the company don't scam ppl, then stated, I had a 14day trial. I told her she was a lie & asked where was the info. about the 14day trial, because I didn't see all of that & if I did, what calendar is she looking at because it haven't been 14days.  

I asked, are you all counting wknd's or 14 business days.  She put me on hold, then came back & said they count wknd's.  I asked why, because must legit places say business days.  Of course she couldn't answer that.  I told her she was a lie & plus tell me how in the hell do an electronic square choke you??? She said something about the flavor, I told her I it was ONLY three flavors & one of them was menthol in which I picked, but after my husband was choking so, he looked at the paper that was w/the cigarette & seen it was menthol high.  So I asked Matalia, why didn't it state on there that menthol come in low, med, & high.  She couldn't answer that either. 

She told me that she was cancelling my acct w/them they will not take anymore funds out.  After a while going back & forth w/her & getting nowhere, she told me to hold on she have to speak w/her supv., I asked what would her/his name be, she said Charlotte.  She later came back & said that she couldn't give me a refund, due to the 14days have passed, but she can give me $50 & send me some different filters since the menthol were too strong. I told her I didn't want no d**n $50 & filters, I want my $114.95 they took from me.  She said she couldn't, then started naming all these flavor they have, I let her name everylast one of them then told her, how in the hell would I know what flavor to get, didn't I tell you the thing is not for me..  I spoke w/her supv. Charlotte, who basically said the same thing Matalia said.

01-FEB-13, they took $74.90 out, I called & spoke w/Christine, I asked her to look up my so called acct. w/them & tell me if it's cancelled.  She then asked me did I want to cancel it, I told her no, it should be already cancelled as of the 16th of January, according to Matalia & her supv. Charlotte.  Now you all wouldn't give me my $114.95 back, but you're going to give me my $74.90 back, cause yall had no business going back in my acct, I don't want yall.  She stated that she would refund my $74.90, because it was a mistake on one of the worker's & she will note the acct.. I told her just don't let that mistake happen again, then asked how long will it be before my monies is back in my acct.  She said in like 4-5 days.   Yea we'll see..................
