I signed up  recently.

I expected to see a charge of $64 to my credit card. In fact, more was charged!
An email was sent to me confirming my new 'account' had been created and an 'account manager' would contact me within 48 hours.
So far, I have not received any contact at all from this company.
I have used the 'Support Ticket' system twice and (of course) I have not received a reply.

I'm sure I have been ripped off by a slick advertising campaign.

Australian Consumer Law is very pro-consumer, so if push comes to shove, I at least have an address and phone number to follow up on.
