Get supplied Swag supplySupplied PDX Sneaker company -rip off!!!!! Don't buy from this website!!!!! Clackamas Internet

The only thing my son wanted for Christmas was KD Elite supremacy and Air Jordan 11 low concord.  He took me to a website.....www.get-supplied.com website and they had them, new sneakers in stock for $400 a piece. 

I ordered both pairs for my son on December 19th and with shipping the total was $840.  The money was removed from my account that same day! 

On December 23rd I contacted the company since I have not received my sneakers.  they responded the next day stating my order was still processing but they would get them out to me as quickly as possible.

on December 24th I contacted them again asking if they would be there by Christmas, and again I was told that they will process my order as quickly as possible.  

On December 28th I was very upset because I still didn't even get a tracking number for the sneakers.  On December 29th I received an email saying my order "Just Shipped" priority mail 1-3 days.

my son sat home all winter break waiting for his Christmas gift.  I looked up the tracking number and a "pre-shipping" label was created in Clackmas, OR December 30th.

As of January 11 there was no physical package dropped off at the post office. I continued to email the company, and from all this time I was talking with the Vice President of the company and she only said, we will get it out to you as quick as possible.

I finally emailed another email address and this was to the President of the company. He said he would look into it but told me my size sneakers were "guaranteed".  Which since I paid $840 already I didn't see the reason for telling me that.

As of January 12th the sneakers finally arrived to the post office in Portland. And the shoes wernt delivered until JanuRy 14th.

it arrived my the mailman and he wouldn't give me the package until I paid an additional $21.30 for shipping because the company didn't pay enough shipping and left a COD balance.

Once I paid for the shoes, I opened up the Air Jordan box and there was a customer return receipt! They sent me shoes that were worn and returned back to the store (champs) and didn't even bother to check to see if they were used because the customer credit card receipt was in the shoe box! 

I called and was talking to the Vice President again to complain about the COD and used $400 sneakers I bought from them and all she said was oh no they are not used...sorry you feel that way.  she was very cold and uncaring about this entire experience and basically said......oh well.

i did let her know that I was reporting her company and telling everybody that would listen to NOT purchase shoes from this company. It is a rip off company that takes your money, and does not guarantee when or what kind of product they will send you.  All their sneakers are over $400 so for selling things that expenside you should have some type of guarantee.
