We went to Kayak and booked a room here. It gave us 2 options. King bed smoking or twin bed standard. We chose twin bed standard. We recoeved typical confirmation. We arrive at hotel to check and they try to put us in the king smoking. I explained I have allergies and needed the room I booked. I showed them my confirmation where it stated twin standard. They said sorry only room we have is king smoking. We are stuck in Asheville NC at 8:00 at night with no place to stay. After riding around for hours we finally found a place. We called the kayak number on our confirmation and and they transferred us over to GETAROOM.COM I have never been treated so RUDELY! He absolutely did not care about our situation at all. Furthermore he refused to cancel or refund our money on the grounds that they did offer us a room. take note. If you have a problem with a booking they WILL NOT help you.!
