I ordered Differin (adapalene gel) a prescription that was obtained from my doctor.  When I called initally and spoke to someone they insured me that I would not get the generic form and it would be in the 45 gram tube exactly what my doctor wrote.  In less than two weeks I received my prescription from their Singapore pharmacy called Anam Pharmacy.  I received three boxes of 15 grams each of Adapalene gel Adaferin the generic name. 

I called the companny of getcandadiandrugs.com online on April 23, 2012, the sales rep asked me to send a picture of what i received.  She said they would get it and her manager would look at it.

I called the next day on April 25, 2012 and spoke to Dimetre a sales rep.  He informed me because it says "pack size" of 45 grams that does not necessarily mean I would get the 45 gram tube of Differin.  He also said its the same and not the generic brand. 

There is an option on the website to choose the Adapalene (generic alternative) for $36.99 at 45 grams.  I paid and chose the non generic brand of Differin Gel (Adapalene) of 45 grams at $43.49 and still received three generic brands. 

He kept saying its not the generic brand.  But it is, I asked since I paid for the Differin and got the other one to be refunded the difference, he refused to do this. 

He also said that just because it says "pack size" that does not mean you will get one tube of 45 grams.  Its deceiving.  Because there is a choice to pick the small tubes of 15 grams.  Its just a cover up how they do things. 

Don't pay for brand name because your not going to get anyways and if you think your going to get the large tube because you pay for it and its cheaper you will end up with all the little tubes instead.

The medication was not sealed in its own packaging and the boxes are not sealed.  I asked Dimetree the sales man and he said he would check this out why.

He said I could return it, he would send me a pre paid label but if I wanted the one tube of just Differin gel it would now be an additional $12.46. 

I asked him then how would I know for sure as a "guranantee" I would get the real Differin and just one tube of the 45 grams which I originally asked and paid for.  He said I would have to phone in the order not on the website. 

Their website is deceiving.  You will not get what your Doctor wrote for the prescription you will get the generic, so you might as well pay for the generic the cheapest one. 

He also said I could return it, I said how do you know I didn't use it or not, he said we trust you.
