We purchased an e store from getestore .com on August 10, 2005. After 24 hours, we are not happy and have attemted to cancel the sale.
We tried to access the site for hours with no luck. Apparently the site is down which makes us wonder how we would be able to maintain our store/sales. I e mailed them with no luck.
The phone number that I have for getestore.com has been disconnected. We were leary of ordering from the company and am now very sorry since I feel that we are out the money we have spent.
How is it that there are numerous ripoff reports on this company but nothing has been done about this? How can this company possibly be rated with the internet BBB if this is the type of service that people are receiving?
I wish that I had gone to your site before making this purchase.
