The website used to be yoyobabies.com. They recently changed their website to getkichenz.com ( maybe to scam more people). I bought the Safety 1st Grow and Go 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat, Blue Coral for $63.87. They said it is out of stock and they had refunded it. They said it might take 21 days for the money to post. I have never heard such long period of time for the refund to be posted. I has been 14 days and there was not pending refund posted in my credit card account. The Yoyobabies.com cannot be reached anymore.
This is a scam. The physical address they listed on their website is a condo: 3500 Gold Creek Ln, Sacramento, CA 95827. The return warehouse they listed is at a different state! The return address: ATTN: Returns Dept 300 Omicron Court STE D Shepherdsville, KY 40165-9794 United States. There is no phone number. I feel embarrassed to fall for this scam. It just happened that I needed to buy a new car seat for my baby and forgot that there are bad people out there that try to take advantage of our love for our babies.
Do not buy anything from any website that is newly created or without any phone number.
