purchased Bissell 9595a for a price @ 49.99 i know to good to be true. was worried it was a scam so i went thru their contact system to cancel order order was still in processing with no response to my attemped contacts with this web site to cancel order
when i logged back in, order now states refunded fully but have not seen my refund back into my acount to this date
