I wish I had checked ripoffreport before I gave my credit card into to Getmyhomesvalue.com. And that Pam from Ephrata who has disputed two of the complaints you read about them here so far is obviously a part of their scam artist company.

Never have I been so cheated. A fellow by the name of Matt Self called me. I spoke to him briefly and deferred to my associate. He called her at the office and told her he had guaranteed leads for us.

The bargain price of 485 was for three zip codes in our area where he would deliver at least three bonafied...checked leads per month. Because he contacted us at the end of December we were prorated for that. He called me back and I gave him my credit card info with his promise that the following month they would change the payment arrangements and have my associate pick up the tab or at least divide the payment due.

For December and all of January we received three "leads" Two from zip codes a good 45 miles from our office and the third from another real estate agent. They also promised as part of their service to contact us by email AND phone when a lead was posted on our access to their site. They NEVER called or emailed us.

My associate checked their site several times - twice to get their phone number and a couple more to see why we had not been contacted. On January 23 I sent an email to Matt Self demanding that they not charge my card again. I called aswell, but this company never answers their general phone. I got one voice machine and then another and another.

On Feb 3 my card was charged. I contacted my card company and requested the charge be disputed. I also contacted Getmyhomesvalue again - but my associate had to log on to find a valid phone number. I aruged with a person called Liz for over an hour. She offered to half the upcoming March charge and "release me" from a contract that I never signed. I never saw one either. My associate had it.

She claimed that we signed on for three months and that there was a penalty charge for getting out early. So now it is march. My card was charged yet again and I am filing a report with the Better business Bureau. If I find out how to begin a class action suit against these crooks, I will post it here. We have not received one valid lead in the three months we have been cheated. STAY AWAY from this "company" They are Crooks.
