I ordered a part for my computer, they sent a part for a different computer, in order to return it they demand a 20% restocking fee. They also refuuse to refund shipping charges which were 52% of the purchase price. Actual shipping cost was $3.22 They charged me 13.11. If I pay another 3.22 to ship it back they will refund me 20.00 I wind up spending 23.32 and getting nothing, They get the part back and a profit of 15.00
