Getresponse canceled my account with them without notice on 7/5/2013. They actually stole 4000 subscribers from me and my auto responder email to potential clients without notice.
I have contacted the investigater with GR and no response back. Also called them and support could not and would not give me any info.
They have taken a small portion of my business from me and I have been a loyal customer since 3/2013. This is part of my livelyhood and business and if they can do this, then someone will do it again. I will not stand for this in any form and fashion. I am an upfront marketer and business man and integrity is very important to me and will not tolerate actions like this whether online or offline.

We can certainly relate your frustration. However, please let me allow to clarify the case.
As we explained in the initial email to you (dated July 5), your GetResponse account was generating a high percentage of spam complaints. As you know our Terms of Service and Anti-Spam policy make it clear that we will suspend accounts in such situations.
Our Compliance Dept. replied to your email about this matter, went over the reasons for suspending your account again and provided you with the back up file from your account, which also included a link to download your entire mailing list - this message was sent to you on July 8.
