GFK Custom Research GFK Mystery Shoppers, Cybershoppers No payment, no communication New York, New York

This company used to be a good company. They used to pay in a timely manner and I enjoyed performing jobs for them. I am not sure what has happened to them but they have lost all communication that they once had. I completed mystery shopping jobs for them at the beginning of April. I first inquired about 2 weeks ago to see when they would be paying because this used to be a company that paid within 2 weeks of shops. I did not hear anything back from the payment department that the request was sent to. When I emailed the scheduler she told me that the shops and had been batched and should be finalized soon. Several days later I emailed her again and she said that they showed finalized now so that I should receive payment in a couple days. The shops have shown finalized and submitted to Paypal for about 5 days not and no payment has shown up. I have emailed the payment department 5 times in the past week and a half to inquire on the payment status and none of my emails have been answered. After the last email that I received from my scheduler early last week I cannot get her to answer me anymore either. Exercise caution and be prepared to chase your money down if you do secret shops for this company now. It would be nice if they would go back to the good days where they paid quickly.
