I have been trying to contact someone on this matter,  but have not been successful,  I did a search on the website, it advised me of two options to get a refund.  Online or phone call, I have done both, and still not able to get a response or call back.  the website claims that you will get email confirmation or call back confirmation,  I HAVE NOT!!!    I AM DEMANDING A REFUND, I have no use for this,  not that I know what i bought, or for what it's used for.   I'm sorry for being rude or curt with you, I know it's not you personally who took my money,  but it's mine and I want it back..  PROMT RESPONSE WILL BE APPRECIATED.
