We ordered a Wonder Bible Compact Audio Player from GG-Decor.com, and it took a while and took a while, then finally after about a week and a half we finally got an email saying that the order status was delayed. Then later after about another couple of weeks, we received another email saying that the order status was refunded.

So I checked my credit card activity and there was no refund. So I sent them an email asking them, where was my refund, and why was my credit card charged if no merchandise was never sent? And immediately I received an email back that looked automated saying, "Office closed until futher notice because of a family crisis".

I don't believe that simply because if you go to their website now, you see that the Wonder Bible Compact Audio Player is still for sale and still in stock according to their website. So why didn't we receive our order?

It might be just $31, but we're upset for getting defrauded, and what if they keep getting away with this?

GG/GGS Decor store page has been shut down, and has opened multiple fraudulent online stores now under AC Decor

GG/GGS Decor has either been shut down voluntarily, or shut down  and now operates mostly under AC Decor.   I also found this "merchant" as GG/GGs Outlet, and AC Decor on Houzz, but those don't seem to be active. Be advised, these so called stores are all one in the same, and only run by one person Kimberly Giberson out of her home in Mays Landing New Jersey... Not anywhere in Califorina, or Philidelphia Pa. This person has set up a new page as AC Decor on Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, and Insagram. Most "listings" lead to AC Decor https://www.acdecor.biz on her store set up on a site powered by Ecwid, just as GG/GGS decor was. I am including some screenshots below, to prove without question that: 1. These bogus stores are all one in the same, and run by the same person, and 2. inconsistancy with location address, and contact info. This person operates these bogus stores until the heat gets too heavy, then sets up under new store names and aliases, but this time they were very careless in covering their links to the past bogus store, and sloppy at address changes. Please be advised that this "bussiness" is in operation to defraud, and believes that they will not be held accountable due to lack of action.

This business GG Decor, now "GGS Decor" doesn't ship merchandise, and keeps your money. Then they dodge you at every turn.

scamadviser . com / check-website / gg-decor.com Always remember, what is put on the internet, stays on the internet. All of the lying from someone in the world won't change that. Changing email addresses, names, sites, and adding a phony location, once people find out where and who the thief is, still won't stop anyone from finding them. I see a pattern here. I hope this info helps someone else that this business has wronged.

Complain all you want to. The bottom line is we are NOT a fake company and we are NOT scammers. You did receive a refund and what you are doing is harassment!!! We have every right to keep our number and address private same as ebay and Amazon. Customers do not need to know our personal info. It is called PRIVACY!!!! Yes,we do have emails that you wanted to cancel and your pathetic rants on this site does nothing but make you look like a fool. My thoughts and prayers are with you. ONE complaint will NOT have us shut down. I feel sorry for people like you that have nothing better to do than complain and post ridiculous lies on websites that can't do anything. Get a life already!!!

The Bottom Line Is No Refund and No Order Received!

Well where are the copies of my emails? Upload a copy of my email saying I wanted to cancel my order! That's a lie because I never cancelled my order. You are the one that's making claims out of line. Another merchant might have cancelled their order, but it wasn't me. Either you have me mixed up with another merchant, or you're just making up stories.

With Amazon and Ebay, you can still call customer services and talk with someone about it's sellers, or it's sellers products or services. So what the hell are you talking about? There is no comparison to what you are saying. Furthermore you still didn't mention anything about an address. Of course you don't HAVE TO provide this info, so you choose not to provide it right? How convenient. Scammers? Who's scamming who? I got scammed.

And you said I'm just ANOTHER merchant trying to bring you down? Well how many other merchants have there been trying to bring you down. And why are there merchants trying to bring you down. And why would merchants want to bring you down?

Fake business or not, the bottom line is I ordered a product from you, and the product wasn't delivered, then you sent an email saying it was refunded, but I didn't get a refund from you. And no! I don't have to get over anything. So you get over it!

 Your claims are all lies and I have copies of your emails saying you wanted to cancel. You are just another merchant trying to bring me down. We do not have to provide our phone number just like Ebay and Amazon does not require for their sellers to provide phone numbers. We are totally legit and even have an EIN with IRS!! We have been in business 10 yrs and even operate a small gift shop in our hometown so your claims are out of line. We don't give our phone number for privacy reasons and to prevent scammers from calling us. WE are not a huge cooperation like Walmart so get over it. Our payment processor sent you a refund. Have a blessed day

All refunds take up to 7 business days to go back to your card and you filed a dispute so we approved the charge back with our payment processor. When filing a dispute that tells us you no longer want the item so therefore we did not rip you off

Like I said, You don't charge a credit card until merchandise has been sent, and you don't sale merchandise that you can't deliver or don't have. 

My credit card was charged on Dec. 31 2017. We were told that the refund was sent on Jan. 13, 2018, and now it is Feb. 20, 2018 and my credit card records still doesn't show a refund from GG-Decor.

Furthermore why the shady website if you are a legit company? GG-Decor shows no phone number or physical street address. And with the return policy you have to get instructions to return an item.

Anymore explanations? I don't think so. The conclusion to me is I got ripped off and your fake website needs to be taken off the internet. Why didn't we receive our merchandise if the merchandise was still in stock on your website?

Yes we wanted the item, but you didn't send it. So where is our money?
