G.H. Services, Golden Harvest, Badcredit-loans.us I fell for the scam, rude employee's threatening me! Badcredit-loans.us California

I thought this company was going to pair me up with financial institutions that would actually give a loan to someone with "not so perfect credit".

All they gave me was a list of large, well known lenders. Wells Fargo, CitiFinancial, Prosper, Capital One and American General. These lenders do not deal with people with bad or poor credit. I have applied to all of these w/in the past year and have been declined.

I was not about to ruin my credit score more than it already has and apply again. So, I called customer service and explained this. The person I spoke to was pleasant and asked for me to send an email. So, I did. It read:

To Whom it May concern,

I was excited to come across your website looking for loans for people with poor credit. I filled out all the neccessary requirments and stated my financial circumstance. I paid the $69.00 trusting that your referrel service would pair me with financial institutions that would help someone with poor credit. Your company referred me too large financial institutions like, Citifinancial, Wells Fargo, Capital One, these places do not give loans to people with bad/poor credit. I have applied for loans with these places in the past. This is a scam!!! You don't take the time to look for special financial groups. Just just send a random list of institutions out to your paying customers. Your making the money so you don't care. I trusted this company to actually partner me up with a institution that could actually help me. I am requesting a FULL Refund with in the next 24 hours or unfortunately I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I though this a a pretty explanitory and pleasant email, the continued responses I get from these people are harrassing and on the verge of threatening! Here are some examples:

THEY WROTE:
READ the refund policy. It said to call the lender and get a copy of the decline notice.
IT said NOT to reapply. IF you FAIL to follow a simple refund policy, your lawyer
and the BBB will laugh at you. GO READ THE POLICY NOW.

We are contacting your bank and informing them of the policy also.

I WROTE BACK:
I read the refund policy, I am not going through all of that. I talked to my lawyer he didn't laugh at me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
How do you sleep at night, working for a company that screws people trying to get their credit on track out of money. This company is BOGUS!

THEY WROTE:
Typical response from somebody too lazy to follow a simple policy. The policy was there to read before you paid. Sounds like you need to read before you rush through something. Give us your lawyers name and number.

The only bogus thing here is your laziness. No wonder you can't pay bills on time.

I WROTE:
THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU ARE TAKING WITH ME IS THE MAIN REASON OF MY COMPLAINT W/ THE BBB. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO REFUND MY MONEY BEFORE THIS GOES ANY FURTHER. YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MY FINANCIAL HISTORY OR WHY I HAVE DEBT. I WANT THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY'S NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER INCLUDING YOURS BECAUSE YOU SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HOW YOU ARE SPEAKING TO ME IN THESE EMAILS. I WILL EMAIL AND CALL YOUR COMPANY EVERYDAY UNTIL I GET A REFUND. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU ARE TAKING WITH ME, THESE EMAILS WILL BE SAVED AND FORWARDED TO THE BBB ALONG WITH MY COMPLAINT! YOU SHOULD NOT BE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T ADDRESS CONSUMERS IN THE PROPER MANNER. YOUR COMPANY HAD 24 HRS TO REFUND MY MONEY AND FAILED SO MY COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB WILL BE FILED TONIGHT!

THEY WROTE:
Do a search on the BBB, they are useless.
The customer is NOT always right, this is 2008, not 1978!

Who cares. Anybody can file a complaint that is not verified. Just like yours.

I am finding out that your emails are verbally abusive to everyone that has a problem with your company G.H. Services!!!! Gee, I thought I was the only one. Go to ripoffreport.com, you have 67 complaints filed against-mine will be 68. 130 complaints with the BBB in the past 3 years. This is a great business you work for!!!!

THEY RESPONDED WITH THIS:
We will be contacting your employer in the morning

There's more going back and forth I don't have the energy for this. What does contacting my work have to do with anything, they keep saying they are going to call my boss. I read one complaint on them from a Deputy Sherriff saying to actually file a police report if the harrassing continues.

I really don't know how this company is getting away with this. I just want my $69.00 back.
