If your Home Owners Association has fallen pray to Ghertner and Company marketing tactic and have them manage your property/ collect HOA dues, then good luck! They will not inform you of any discrepency for 9 months and then demand that you pay exorbitant Delinquent account fee, even if you're paying the monthy dues and there is a past issue.
THey will also not respond to any emails or letters you send them. The first correspondence you receive from them will be marked as "Final Notice" and will contain legal threats - never mind, if it's their screwup. Never mind they have your contact information including emails - they will use that only for sending you useless broadcast, not that there is a discrepency.
In addition to emails, we mailed them letters by trackable Express mail but they never responded and we have to resort to complaining to the Tennessee GOvernment's Consumer Affairs Division.
If your Home Owners Association is considering Ghertner and Company, we urge you to vote against it.
