Ght Develompnt Llc Salesman Orel (on receipt) Ripped of on price and quality (used items no longer work) Las Vegas Nevada

I Stopped by a Planet Hollywood Kiosk in the miracle mall shops to look at some cell phone assesories.  The salesman named Orel seemed very helpful and polite.  I was interested in a Olcell solar charger,  He showed me a website that price was $199.  In addition he sold me a blue tooth wireless headphone that was supposingly $399.  He again showed me a website.  He charged me $259.44 including tax.  When I got home I notice the unit in box was all scrastched, appeared used, no users guide and it failed shortly after.  All I have is a receipt with a phone # (702) 364-0104.  I was a victim of a scam, no doubt.  I feel so stupid for not doing more research on these items which are sold on Amazon for 20 dollars!!
