Giant RV - Montclair -The worst to deal / Complete Rip-Off Internet

Dropped on motorhome (RV) at Giant RV on 7/23/11.  Generator stopped working after running for a while, toilet would not flush and oil change. 

Attempted to pick up RV on 8/06/11.  They replaced the tie rod end (not approved).  Paid balance due and took possession of RV.  On the drive home front end was pulling to one side.  I returned the RV and they agreed they would repair front end. 

I returned on 8/13/11.  The damaged the Wheel cover and rear ladder.  Left the RV once again as they damaged the RV.  

Returned on 9/10/11.  Ladder was repaired but not 100%.  I took the RV home started the generator and within 30 minutes is stopped running (same thing I brought in in for).
 I checked the toilet and it was used at Giant RV.  Feces and toilet paper with both found in the pipe, just below the toliet.  I know this was not as it was brought in as I flushed the RV holding tanks and prepped it for winter storage.  Now the toilet leaks when the toilet is flushed. 
I checked the front end and the tie rod has been damaged.  It appears they were banging on the tie rod with a hammer or metal pipe. 

As I was under the RV, I noticed the oil filter was not replaced and also checked the oil and it was not fresh. 

They did not repair or service my RV as they stated.  Actually, the RV has been damaged and not repaired to my satisfaction.  The Service Manager (Paul Nunez) stopped returning my calls weeks ago and put me over to Bill who doesnt want to assist me any longer.  I am tired of the lies. 
Toliet leaks, Generator not running correctly, Oil filter and oil not replaced.  Damaged motorhome (ladder and wheel cover)  and not repaired correctly.  I also need to take my RV to get the front end inspected due to the damage on the tie rod. 

I spoke with The VP of Operations and he was just as useless. 

Do not sign their paperwork before you inspect your RV.  It makes it impossible to dispute any issues with your credit card or warranty company.  They know that and Bill would not let me inspect the RV before I signed the paperwork.
