Gibb's Collge Received an Associates Degree not recognized by Rhode Island/Mass Employers Cranston Rhode Island

Please help! I am in $40k DEBT from going to Gibb's College, received an Associates Degree and a GPA 3.4. I applied for so many jobs and was turned down because I did not have the sufficient education. At an interview, I was told that a degree from Gibb's College was not recognizable education and did not qualify for the position I applied for.

I since found a job at a call center and my wages are being garnished to pay back the school loans. I don't make much money working at a call center and medical premiums are through the roof when you are working for an Employer through a Temp Agency. I bring home just enough to immediate expenses. I will soon lose my vehicle as I cannot afford to keep up with the payments and insurance.

Going to Gibbs was supposed to help open doors with local businesses when you graduate. Yes, their doors were opened but only long enough to tell me I should have spent my money on a community college degree instead of a worthless peice of paper.

Anyone have any information please followup.

Another Christmas will have to be missed this year.

Someone has to make them pay for this deceit.
