GibsonTrust, Inc. ripoff, disaster ripoff deception Pompano Beach Florida

I have been with Gibson Trust, Inc. for 2 years. The first year my account was taken care of without any problems. Since, the begin of this year 2002, I had numerous problems with this company. They had ruined my credit status with all my creditors by being delinquent with my payments. They were taking the payments from my checking account consistently every month. Yet they were delinquent in sending out the payment.

My TRW report shows a delinquent status on the accounts that Gibson Trust was responsible for. Keep in mind, I never had a delinquent status on my credit report.

I had send several letters along with proof (GibsonTrust statements, checking account statements, etc...) to the TRW Agencies as well as to the banks disputing the delinquency status. To no avail did I get reprieved for the errors this company made. Now the delinquent status remains on TRW report for the next seven years. As everyone knows when this status is reported on your credit report this will hinder me from getting a loan for a house or car.


I am real disappointed in this Company and I am very intimidated to use another debt consoldation program.
