On July 1, 2004 and I placed an order for two parrot tire planters for my yard from Giddy Up Swings 'n Things. On July 23, 2004 I still had not received my order so I sent an email asking where it was. They sent an email back stating they were looking for my order.
Obviously they never found it or sent it - I continued to send them emails almost on a daily basis and calling them - neither has been returned nor has my money. The two swings cost me $98.00 which I had electronically taken from my Bank account (through pay pal). Well Pay Pal will not help because it is over the 30 days, so I am stuck with no planters and short $98.00 in my account.
This company is a joke, they don't care about their customers and do not respond to anything.
