I have had this policy with Geico since 1998
My Insurance is paid until April 2007, limited 15 days for rental car, but need 5 more days. $750.00 is for rental car, but only $375.00 is allowed. for the 15 days.
Why do I need to go to the repair shop that they want me to used. I am not a child, and I can make my own decision, as to who I want to repair my car. They want me to use E**, (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) I perfer H**z.
I was told that I can use the rental car, up to $ 750, the the claim adjuster, David Wiseman, will not authorized the extended time for the rental car. This will have to come out of my pocket, because I need the rental car to get to work. I also the think that it is unfair that if I cancel my insurance policy, that I won't be able to register my car.
However, I will not renew my insurance policy with Gieco, this year. They are a Rip-Off insurance Company.

Had the same problem with Geico back when I had a policy with them.
They also tried to steer us to certain body shops instead of the one we wanted to choose. In Virginia, and in most other states that is against the law. Geico has been taken to court over that practice in the past.
