The ethics of business for Gifford Marine are mind boggling awful...
The worst business ethics in the marine industry. I have seen (and heard)far too many stories now from former boat buyers gettting screwed with the customer warranty work, they never complete work and if so it is done by monkeys. As of recent they finally have had their Grady White deal status pulled (thank God).
It has also been brought to my attention that they still owe GE Capital Finance $23,000,000 million dollars for unpaid boats which they have sold. As I have purchased a boat from them I am among the many customers who have had an awful experience.(very costly experiance)
I personally know three sales reps that are still owed very large back commissions also.
If you want warranty work done you will have to use a lawyer.
Please stay clear of Gifford Marine in Massachusetts and owner Paul Gifford!He is a snake...
Note: The Mass dealership has in no way any relasonship to the N.J. Dealership by the same name.I feel bad for them, now that the word is out, and I personally hope that the Massachusetts Gifford Marine has not hurt their "namesake" reputation.

Brad Castle is a fake name.
This claim was most likely fabricated by a disgruntled ex-employee, most likely the one that used to work in the Warwick office, who was a drunk and used to spend his afternoons at a local bar in Warwick instead of working... hence why he was ultimately fired.
Gifford Marine Co. Inc. has been providing great customer service since its inception in 1927.
