Paid for overnight shipping on a gift card order. Did not receive order. Was told 2-3 days processing even though the terms of the order was overnight. Did not ship for 6 days & giftcardmall.com STILL says 2-3 days to process. Refused to allow cancellation of the order. Now I have paid for overnight shipping and the items are in transit for 2 days! All I get is excuses from the company and they refuse to refund my overnight shipping and processing fees even though they admit they did not comply. They did not disclose on the order they would take any extra time to "process" the order either. They are a big ripoff. My employees did not get their gift cards for the holidays on time...still do not have them. All I have is excuses and a charge on my bank for $4600. No cards & it is now 7 days for an overnight order!

I had a similar problem using GiftCardMall.com, except mine was an electronic order. It's no surprise that they could'nt mail your gift cards on time, they can't even do it on time electronically. I really feel for you though. They only stole $50.00 from me. You got hit for $4600. This company is the worst!
