The bottom line with these people is they want to sell you education, they won't look at your resume and will send you useless jobs, and the jobs on their system you can find on legimate job websites.  They are spiders - DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THEIR WEB!

I tried to apply for a job on-line and was stopped by a screen that said I had to call a number before I could continue.  OK I have been out of work for months, I need a job NOW so I call.  I talk to a mix of a robot and a human named Will.  He talked (or maybe provided a playback) of a good game about sending me jobs based on my resume.  He also said if i had not found a job within a month they would start intensive one on one job search efforts.  It all sounded good, especially the part about it being free to me as gigats was paid by the employers.  But .... before I could hang up I needed to speak with a "career advisor" about more education.  I agree (mostly to get it over with).  The girl I talked to (Sarah) was very nice and when I was firm about not agreeing to let anyone contact me now about educational opportunities she was gracious about it and we hung up.

I received the promised e-mail from Will the robot and this is where the problems began.  I went into the system to set up my profile.  I have now done the employment section for the 5th time and saved my changes.  The first time you look it is all good and your changes are there.  The next time you look it is all messed up again.  How can you apply for a job with a profile in their system that is wrong and you can not fix?

Next is the "Job of the Day" based on your resume.  In the week since I first talked to gigats I have received jobs that required a Emergency Room Certification; RN; and even a Doctor (I have no medical training at all).  I have also received a Bilingial Office Assistant job (I don't speak Spanish). Today I received a "Job of the Day" about 50 miles from where I live (I had indicated a 25-30 mile limit).  It seems to me they have never looked at my resume.  What good is it to have more junk sent to you everyday that you have to delete because it is worthless?

The biggest problem with all of this (and the one that frankly ticks me off the most) is that Will in our phone conversation kept saying if we send you the wrong kind of jobs or if anything else is wrong let us know so we can fix any problems.  Well I have written to them numerous times regarding the problems and I have either gotten back form responses or no responses.  I give up - Don't waste your time with this WORTHLESS, USELESS, SOULESS, LYING, SO CALLED COMPANY.
