GIL MARISCAL, he is a lying morgage company. he stold a lot of money from my frend who spend a lot of money because this guy gil tells my frend to, so the loan will be approved and my friend listen to him and spend money on attorneys and accountants to get the loan.
after my fiend spend all of this money, and then OCMBC tell my frend to do even more things, my frend does them and then they send my frend somethin called a CD and tell my frend that the home will be theres in 3 days, then they tell my friend after 3 days that they change their mind and they not going to close the loan after all.
then gil mariscal has his agent tell my friend that they going to turn my frend into federal authorities.
my friend spend tens of thousands of dollars with this lying morgage company and now my friend has spend more money hiring an attorney.
my frend is not the only person they do this to. one of there agents said that they did this to a lot of other people as well so there is a lot of people who this company have hurt.
do not do busines with this company as they will lie to you to and not close the loan after they take months telling you that they will close loan.
