I am not a teenager and have been pulled over 3 times for making a wide right turn or something stupid and had needles jammed into my arm on the side of the road.  All the blood tests came back clean, but this last time, even with a clean blood test, they filed anyway.  They are scandalous as all hell, and now I cannot work, because it's filed as a felony since my kid was in the car with me, and I have to go thru the whole court circus until I get to trial to prove that I was clean.  They are evil, so don't defend people you know nothing about.  The cops name is Straker and he is the graveyard jerk who jams everyone with needles.  It's so criminal, but what do you expect when we have a criminal in the white house, it trickles down to every oraface of the country, because they know there will be no penalties.  And there aren't.

They don't go after any criminals.  We had our house robbed, and I found out exactly who did it from a person in the neighborhood. We tricked the guy into returning some of my stuff, because he thought he was looking at 25 to life, and he returned the stuff with an apology note.  The guy was on probation, the cops were with me when we found the note and the stuff, and he was still never charged, even after he went to jail on his prob violation for something else.  idiots.

Borrow your son's car and drive around, see what happens.

YES the cops DO harrass people.

How do I become a member of this lawsuit? Our son was also arrested by the Gilbert police for DUID even though he had no drugs or alcohol in his system. I am out over $300 in towing and having an independant test performed since they can not be trusted.

What time do these "stops" occur, since you talk about the "night team".

All were between 8-11. My son is a full time student and also works full time.

Since you say it was suggested that he "stay out of Gilbert", we can figure that you do not live in that city. So what is your son doing in that area?

We figured incorrectly. Our family lives Gilbert for many years. My son drives for work in Gilbert however w/ a company car and is only stopped when in his own car, as is the case with everyone else involved. There is no denying, no matter how hard youd like to try, these people are followed, stopped for any reason (real or not) in order to be searched.

Other things such as the two DUI arrests. Since you mention judges did it go to trial? Was he found guilty?

He's never been charged with ANYthing. Regarding the judges, they have been mentioned by reporters, lawyers and others involved with our cause.

What was the result of the other tickets? Two NON-moving violations. Followed, stopped and searched approx 6 times for things such as pulling into the center lane instead of far left when making a left turn, being in the bike lane, etc., yet never received a moving violation. Just searched.

Get to his car in order to search it - surprisingly common w/ the GPD. At least IVE been surprised at the responses received Ive heard thus far.

The rest of the story includes that Ive confirmed, with a friend who is a Gilbert cop of 15 years, that in fact they DO profile for younger drivers, the night team is usually new to the force and full of testosterone wanting to get everyone/thing they can and if weve pissed off one of their Sergeants a crap storm has been opened in our direction.

He went on to say that my son and his car will stay in their cross hairs for a while and it wouldnt be a bad idea for him to stay out of Gilbert, at least after dark, until they forget him.

I started looking for anyone who may know more than I about what's really going on just a few weeks ago. To date I have approx 20 parents/teens experiencing the same type of situation.

Abuse of power, intimidation, harassmentall part of the job and perfectly legal (aka impossible to prove). Matter of fact, they are proud of it. There is much more if youre interested. Thanks for your inquiry.

Your right the police have nothing better to do then to pick on your son who is just driving his car obeying all of the traffic laws.

If your claim is that they are doing all of this to "get his car" it must be a real nice one.  But if you are claiming that they are that dishonest, why wouldn't they go to the next step and plant evidence in the car.  After all wouldn't that be a lot simpler and actually enable them to seize the car.

I wonder what the rest of the story is.
