I purchased a pendant that was shown in a picture as a beautiful light shiny blue color. I received an ulgy brown pendant.

First of all, their reply to my email regarding this error was nothing but a table that showed I had never purchased anything from them nor had any pending purchases. No dialog whatsoever.

I emailed them a notice they sent me when they shipped previous items to me and they finally referred me to a site regarding returns.

Secondly, they charged me $4.95 for shipping but I found that they send their products by regular mail. It cost them about .75 cents to mail to my area. That's almost a 400% profit. Then, their terms for returns are I have to send the pendant back first class by UPS!

Thirdly, about 2 weeks later I saw the same exact pendant for sale on their site and thought, "the next person is going to get jipped for sure but they'll make a nice profit."

Last of all, they state on their site to NOT give them negative reviews. I'm afraid of the repercussions. I just started buying on eBay and the previous person's 'Rip off Report' said they gave them back a bad review in retaliation.

They have some nice pieces of jewelry that you can get at a resonable cost so now if I see something I like, I'll only pay a few dollars for it. This is another reason why I don't want to give them a bad review. Who knows? they might lose my order and make things difficult for me.

Just beware.
